Projects and loans

The Museum of Pathological Anatomy of the University of Padua is actively engaged in research projects aimed at enhancing and preserving its scientific and cultural heritage. These projects aim to promote greater knowledge of historical anatomopathological collections, facilitating access to scholars and visitors through catalogs, exhibitions and digital technologies. Among the results of these initiatives are both specialized publications and collaborations with museum institutions, as demonstrated by the loans of significant preparations to national museums. Each loan selects preparations that illustrate particular pathological conditions, thus offering a broader look at the history of medicine and diagnostic techniques.
